Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined The Zebra’s $38.5 million Series C financing.

The Zebra is an insurance comparison marketplace that enables users to find the right coverage at the best price. The financing was led by Accel and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Silverton Partners, Ballast Point Ventures, and the company’s CEO Keith Melnick, and Weatherford Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Jackie Sheely, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Natasha Arora, and Tommy Szalasny.
