Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they led Popshop Live’s $3 million financing.

Popshop Live’s ecommerce streaming platform connects sellers with their shoppers. In addition to Floodgate, the round was co-led by Abstract Ventures, and included additional investment from Long Journey Ventures, Cyan and Scott Banister, Shrug Capital, Backend Capital, and Halogen Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Jackie Sheely, Natasha Arora, and Tommy Szalasny.
