Silicon Legal represented Freestyle Capital as they joined Upside’s $20 million Series A round.

Upside is a provider of a housing stability platform purpose-built for healthcare.

The round was led by Aquiline and included investments from, in addition to Freestyle Capital, Flare Capital Partners, 645 Ventures, Triple Impact Capital, and Techstars.

Silicon Legal’s Freestyle Capital client team includes Rebecca Tseng Grant, Guy Ladetzky, Ian Peck, and Tina Lee.
