Silicon Legal represented Gaggle Studios as they raised a $2MM Seed round.

Gaggle Studios, based in Toronto and Los Angeles, is the world’s first video chat integrated gaming platform. The round was led by Makers Fund.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Meghan Fitzpatrick and Cassie Grant.
