Silicon Legal represented Galvanize as they joined Gridsight’s $26 million Series B round.

Gridsight is developing an AI-powered capacity management platform for Australian energy utilities.

The round was led by Insight Partners and included investments from, in addition to Galvanize, Airtree, Energy Transition Ventures and Aera VC.

Silicon Legal’s Galvanize client team includes Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik, and Robert Moore.
