Silicon Legal represented Galvanize as they joined Lydian’s $43 million Series A round.

Lydian is a technology company developing synthetic aviation fuel.

The round was led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Galvanize, AP Ventures, Builders Vision, Congruent Ventures, Grok Ventures, Overture, Union Square Ventures, and Voyager Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Galvanize client team includes Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik, and Robert Moore.
