Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they co-led Karman+’s $20 million seed round.

Karman+ is developing autonomous spacecraft to mine asteroids for materials, with the goal of supporting space refueling and manufacturing.

The round was co-led by Hummingbird Ventures and Plural with participation from HCVC and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Vishal Ganesan.
