Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Airwallex’s $320 million Series H funding round.

Airwallex is an AI-native financial operating system for modern businesses.

The round was led by Addition and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Baillie Gifford, QED Investors, T. Rowe Price, Hedosophia, Haun Ventures, Washington University in St. Louis and Amex Ventures.
