Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Amber Bio’s $26 million Seed round.

Amber Bio is a biotechnology company pioneering new gene editing modalities using multi-kilobase edits to reach previously undruggable patient populations.

The round was co-led by Playground Global and Andreessen Horowitz Bio + Health and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Eli Lilly, Retinal Degeneration Fund, and Pillar VC.
