Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Anima’s $12 million Series A round.

Anima is developing a platform that provides the functionality of Slack, Salesforce, and Figma for healthcare clinics and hospitals.

The round was led by Molten Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Amino Collective and Y Combinator.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Vishal Ganesan.
