Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Aspora’s $50 million Series B round.

Aspora is a verticalized financial platform for the Indian diaspora.

The round was co-led by Sequoia and Greylock and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Quantum Light Ventures and Y Combinator.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Navneet Mattu.
