Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Tavrn’s $15 million Series A round.

Tavrn is an AI technology company dedicated to supporting law firms by automating manual and costly workflows.

The round was led by Lane Capital and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, A* and Box Group.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Navneet Mattu.
