Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Waypoint Bio’s $20 million Round.

Waypoint Bio is a biotechnology company developing AI-powered in vivo CAR T therapies and delivery vector platforms for solid tumors.

The round was led by Amplify Partners and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, General Catalyst, Time BioVentures, Lux Capital, Mitsui & Co. Global Investment, Inc. and existing investors.
