Silicon Legal represented Javelin Venture Partners as they led Octane11’s $4.5 million seed round.

Octane11 is a B2B-focused analytics and collaboration platform that connects siloed enterprise data to drive real impact.

The round was led by Javelin, with participation from BDMI, Honeystone Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, Base Ventures, Circadian Ventures, AperiamVentures and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Brian Schlinkert and Jon Loebl.
