Silicon Legal represented Javelin Venture Partners as they led WorkPatterns’ $4.2 million round.

WorkPatterns is a people management app designed to make team management easier, enabling continuous 1:1 feedback, collaborative meetings, recognition, goal tracking and workflow management all in one place.

The round was led by Javelin Venture Partners, with participation from Founders Fund, Zoom, Merus Capital, GTMfund, 10x Founders, Shorewind Capital, Moving Capital, Leblon Ventures, Mana Ventures and Gaingels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Brian Schlinkert and Jon Loebl.
