Silicon Legal represented Little Otter as they raised a $4.2MM Seed round.

Little Otter provides therapy, parenting support, education, and medication management if necessary for children with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and emotional or behavioral challenges. The round was led by Torch Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Tommy Szalasny and Britney Warner.
