Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined Outreach’s $65 million financing.

Outreach is a Seattle startup that offers software to help salespeople automate their work. The financing was led by Spark Capital and included investments from, in addition to MHS Capital, Sapphire Ventures, DFJ Growth, Four Rivers Group, Mayfield, Microsoft Ventures, and Trinity Ventures.
