Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined Qualio’s $50MM Series B round.

Qualio is a trusted cloud quality management system software for the entire life sciences ecosystem.

The round was led by Tiger Global with participation from, in addition to MHS Capital, Menlo Ventures, Frontline Ventures, Operator Partners, Sorenson Ventures, and Storm Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Rebecca Tseng Grant and Noah Driggs.
