Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined Zippia’s $8.5 million Series A financing.

Zippia is a career resource site. The financing was led by E.ventures and included investments from, in addition to MHS Capital, NextView Ventures and Correlation Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Guy Ladetzky, Rebecca Tseng Grant and Noah Driggs.
