Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined At-Bay’s $34 million Series C financing.

At-Bay is a San Francisco-based, cyber security insurance startup providing expertise to businesses large and small. The financing round was led by Qumra Capital, and included investment from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, M12, Acrew Capital, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Israeli entrepreneur Shlomo Kramer, who co-founded security firms Check Point and Imperva.
