Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined HDVI’s $32.5MM Round.

HDVI (High Definition Vehicle Insurance Group) provides commercial trucking fleets with best-in-class insurance and also provides fleets with a powerful, easy-to-use solution to help them improve safety, compliance, and profitability.

The round was led by Weatherford Capital, with participation from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, Daimler Trucks North America, McVestCo, 8VC, Autotech Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.
