Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined Orbit Fab’s $6 million seed extension round.

Orbit Fab is a Silicon Valley-based startup creating gas stations in space. In addition to Munich Re Ventures, the seed round included participation from various investors on top of government funding.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Gaurav Mathur, Jackie Ammon, Ian Peck, Ryan Southerland, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Shannon Meyer, Noah Driggs and Tommy Szalasny.
