Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Bubble’s $6.25 million Series Seed financing.

Bubble is a platform that offers a code-free programming language. The financing was led by SignalFire and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Nas, the founders of Warby Parker, Harry’s, Allbirds, Okta, MuleSoft and Flatiron Health.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, and Noah Driggs.
