Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined OfficeTogether’s $2.2 million seed financing.

OfficeTogether is a workplace scheduling software startup founded by San Francisco-based designer Amy Yin. The financing was led by SLS client Defy Ventures, and included investment from, in addition to Neo,  MGV, January Ventures, and a select group of angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
