Silicon Legal represented Ponderosa Ventures as they joined CREW Carbon’s $25 million Series A Round.

CREW Carbon is a water technology company that helps wastewater treatment facilities improve performance, lower costs, and permanently remove greenhouse gases.

The round was led by Burnt Island Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Ponderosa Ventures, AP Ventures, Sony Innovation Fund, Builders Vision, Kibo Invest, Idemitsu Ventures, New York Ventures, Counteract, ANIMO Ventures, Connecticut Innovations, Echo River Capital, and family office investors.

Silicon Legal’s Ponderosa Ventures client team includes Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Robert Moore.
