Silicon Legal represented Ponderosa Ventures as they joined Electric Plant’s $11.2 million Seed round.

Electric Plant is a startup that has built Bombadil, an AI model that interprets the electrical signals in plant stems to tell growers what their plants need.

The round was led by Onto Ventures and Climactic and included investments from, in addition to Ponderosa Ventures, Endeavor Catalyst, Ludlow, Michigan Rise, The Fund, and Schox VC.

Silicon Legal’s Ponderosa Ventures client team includes Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Robert Moore, and Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik.
