Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they joined Rad AI’s $4 million Series Seed financing.
Rad AI uses machine learning to automate repetitive tasks for radiologists. The financing was led by Gradient Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Precursor Ventures, UP2398, GMO Venture Partners, Array Ventures, Hike Ventures, Fifty Years VC and various angel investors.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Charu Satia, Ian Peck, and Mike Perez.
