Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they joined Revi’s $2 million seed round.
Revi, formerly known as Zyrl, is a San Francisco-based startup connecting customers with their local restaurants. The financing round was led by Ubiquity Partners, and included investment from, in addition to Precursor Ventures, Designer Fund and various angel investors.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Charu Satia, and Mike Perez.
