Silicon Legal represented Prenuvo Health as they raised a $70 million Series A round.

Prenuvo is a fast growing health tech company specializing in whole body diagnostic imaging.

The round was led by Felicis Ventures, with participation from various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Nicole Tate-Naghi and Derrick Metriyakool.
