Silicon Legal represented Propel VC as they led Akua’s $4.3 million Seed round.

Akua is building an acquiring processing platform for Latin America, providing direct access to multiple payment rails and accepting various payment methods through a single API.

In addition to Propel VC, the round included investments from Plug and Play, HTwenty, RallyCap, and ICventures.

Silicon Legal’s Propel VC client team includes Andre Gharakhanian and Nicole Tate-Naghi.
