Silicon Legal represented Propel Venture Partners, as they led ChargeAfter’s $8 million series A financing.

ChargeAfter is a network that enables retailers to match their consumers with credit and financing offers. In addition to Propel Venture Partners, the round included investments from PICO Venture Partners, the Plug and Play accelerator and Synchrony.
