SLS Client Propel Ventures Joins Groww’s $30MM Round

Silicon Legal represented Propel Ventures as they joined Groww’s $30 million Series C financing.

Groww, an investment app, makes investing simple by providing insights about mutual funds, SIP, and everything from the personal finance world. The financing was led by Y Combinator Continuity Fund and included investments from, in addition to Propel Ventures, Sequoia India and Ribbit Capital.
