Silicon Legal represented Proper as they raised a $4.8 million rolling seed round.

Proper, an LA based software company, provides scalable property accounting for property managers looking to grow. The round was led by proptech-focused venture firm MetaProp, and included participation from Expa and Bling Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Bryce Wilson, and Sarah Lederman.
