Silicon Legal represented PruVen Capital as they joined Angle Health’s $600 million raise, consisting of a $200 million Series C financing round and a $400 million tender offer.

Angle Health is the first AI-native healthcare benefits platform, serving small and midsize businesses.

The round was led by Vitruvian Partners and included investments from, in addition to PruVen Capital, Town Hall Ventures, Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, and Y Combinator.
