Silicon Legal represented Quiet Capital as they joined SAY’s $8 million Series Seed financing.
SAY is a technology platform for open communication between companies and their owners. The financing was led by Point72 Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Quiet Capital, Struck Capital and Core Innovation Capital.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Guy Ladetzky, Rebecca Tseng Grant and Natasha Arora.
