Silicon Legal represented SageSpot as they raised a $2.1MM Seed Round.

SageSpot is a subscription-based social media platform that empowers users to explore & discuss what they love through individual communities built by their favorite creators. The round was led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Scott Malpass, Richard Rosenblatt, and Max and Xander Ritz.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Charlie Clark, Sarah Lederman and Derrick Metriyakool.
