Silicon Legal represented Sierra Ventures as they led Planera’s $13.5 million Series A round.

Planera is a construction-tech startup offering scheduling and planning software specifically designed for commercial construction projects.

In addition to Sierra Ventures, the round included investments from Sorenson Capital, Brick and Mortar Ventures, Prudence VC, and Firebolt Ventures.
