Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Fox Robotics’ $9 million Series A round, bringing total funding to date to $13MM.

Fox Robotics, an Austin-based startup specializing in warehouse automation, designs self-driving cars, forklifts and lawnmowers, along with other innovations in the industrial and cloud robotic space. The financing was led by Menlo Ventures and included investment from, in addition to SignalFire, Eniac, Famiglia, Congruent and AME.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Natasha Arora.
