Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they led OneSignal’s $50 million Series C round.

OneSignal is the most widely used customer messaging & engagement solution, helping 1M+ businesses deliver 10B+ messages daily.

The round was led by BAM Elevate, and included investments from, in addition to SignalFire, Nimble Partners and Zach Coelius.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian and Ian Peck.
