Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Praia Health’s $20 million Series A round.

The round was led by Frist Cressey Ventures and included investments from, in addition to SignalFire, Epsilon Health Investors and Providence Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s SignalFire client team includes Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, and Carson Jackson.
