Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Ro’s $200 million round, placing the company’s post-financing valuation at a reported $1.5 billion.

Ro is a healthcare technology company whose services include online diagnosis and medication delivery. The financing was led by General Catalyst and included investment from, in addition to SignalFire, FirstMark Capital, Torch, TQ Ventures. Initialized Capital, 3L, BoxGroup, and first time investor The Chernin Group.
