Silicon Legal represented Springbank Collective as they joined Brisk Teaching’s $5 million Seed round.

Brisk Teaching is a leading AI-powered Chrome extension for educators, schools, and districts, designed to save teachers time and enhance learning experiences for students.

The round was led by Owl Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Springbank Collective, South Park Commons, Coherence Fund, and Coalition Operators.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank Collective client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Carson Jackson.
