Silicon Legal represented Springbank as they joined Alchemy’s $31 million Seed round.

Alchemy is helping to develop and scale in-house pharmacy programs focused on HIV and Hepatitis C patient populations.

The round was led by a16z Bio + Health with participation from, in addition to Springbank, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners, Banc of California, Twine Ventures, and AlleyCorp, and Magic Johnson.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Carson Jackson.
