Silicon Legal represented Springbank Collective as they joined Brisk Teaching’s $15 million Series A round.

Brisk is an AI edtech company offering tools that help teachers and students streamline classroom tasks using generative AI, computer vision, and other advanced technologies.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Springbank Collective, Owl Ventures and South Park Commons.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank Collective client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Carson Jackson.
