Silicon Legal represented Springbank as they joined Guardoc Health’s $3M Seed round.

Guardoc Health is developing software designed to identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in real-time clinical charting within electronic healthcare records.

The round was led by Pitango HealthTech and included investments from, in addition to Springbank, Bertelsmann Investments, Fresh.fund, and Oded Barel-Sebag.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Carson Jackson.
