Silicon Legal Strategy represented Springbank as they joined StretchDollar’s $6 million seed round.

StretchDollar is a platform that enables small businesses to offer their employees pre-tax allowances for individual health insurance plans.

The round was led by Fika Ventures with participation from, in addition to Springbank, Oscar Health and Precursor Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Carson Jackson.
