Silicon Legal represented SupportLogic as they raised a $12 million round of Series A funding.
SupportLogic, a San Jose-based AI startup, has developed the “world’s first intelligent support platform,” which helps businesses reduce customer escalations, prioritize work and drive operational efficiency. The round was led by Sorenson Ventures and included investment from SLS client Sierra Ventures, as well as noted angel investors Bogomil Balkansky, Gokul Rajaram, Jocelyn Goldfein and Ankur Jain.
The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Charu Satia, Noah Driggs and Cassie Grant.
