Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Elementary Robotics’ $12.7 million Series A financing, bringing total company raise to $15 million.

Elementary Robotics’ easy-to-use AI software and camera systems are transforming manufacturing and logistics. The financing was led by Threshold Ventures and included investment from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, Fika Ventures, and Fathom Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia, Mike Perez, and Tommy Szalasny.
