Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Recogni’s $25 million Series A financing.

Recogni is a provider of an artificial intelligence platform for autonomous vehicles. The financing was led by GreatPoint Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, BMW i Ventures, Faurecia and DNS Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Brian Schlinkert, Charu Satia, and Mike Perez.
