Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Agtonomy’s $5MM seed extension.

Agtonomy is a hybrid autonomy and tele-assist platform for agriculture vehicles.

In addition to Toyota Ventures, the round included investments from Grit Ventures, GV, Village Global, Flybridge, Hampton VC, E²JDJ and Momenta Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, P. Charu Satia and Tommy Szalasny.
